iFlight Commando 8 Dual-Band Radio with internal ELRS 2.4 GHz / 915 MHz

iFlight has announced a new dual-band, gamepad-style radio controller called the Commando 8 featuring internal ELRS 2.4 GHz/915 MHz.

This will be one of the first radios with internal ExpressLRS options. The announcement comes just days after RadioMaster announced ZORRO, their new radio which will also come with internal ExpressLRS options.

From these specs given on iFlight’s website, it looks as though the controller will use CC2500 on the main internal module, and ExpressLRS on a second module that is built into the back of the radio.
